Picture Hanging Masterclass with Collins & Green Art

Hanging art can feel daunting. What looks good where? How high do I hang? Have I got the right tools? Art & People have teamed up with Collins & Green Art to demystify the whole process, making it fun and easy.

The session will begin with tea, coffee and a tour of art dealer Julia Collins’ home - full of exciting examples of how to live at home with art. Once you’re inspired, Art & People founder, Claudia Kennaugh, will walk you through the fundamentals of picture hanging: identifying your style, learning core arrangements, considering the room for practicalities and mood, refreshing your collection and how to address big blank walls. At this point, you’ll be invited to ask questions specific to your own project for feedback and curatorial guidance.
